TERMS OF USE OF THE CARTOGRAPHY AND GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
PRODUCED BY THE CASTILLA Y LEON GOVERNMENT

Terms of use for NON-COMERCIAL users:

1. Non-commercial use of the cartography and geographical information is allowed,
   understanding that the usage does not entail direct, indirect or deferred profit.
2. Adaptation is allowed provided that there was not an alteration of the cartography
   and geographical information that entails the loss of it sense.
3. You must keep all copyright notices in the following form: “©Junta de Castilla y
   León”. This notice have to be visible together with the licensed data or the work that
   includes it.

   a) If the data is PNOA Orthophoto, the notice will be replaced by: “PNOA©Instituto
      Gográfico Nacional-Junta de Castilla y León".
   b) If the data is SIOSE land use map, the notice will be replaced by:
      “SIOSE©Instituto Gográfico Nacional-Junta de Castilla y León".

4. Distribution of the licensed data is allowed always under NON-COMERCIAL uses. New
   users must accept these terms of use
